Delivery Information

We use Royal Mail “First Class, Recorded and Signed For" services for orders.

When you place an order with this service please bear in mind that a signature will be required. All items are despatched a day after your order is placed. Royal Mail aim to deliver “First Class, Recorded and Signed For” orders the next working day. On occasions this may take up to five working days. The cost of delivery for orders up to £129.99 is £4.95. Orders over £130 are FREE of delivery cost.

We only deliver within United Kingdom including (Northern Island, Scotland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and British Forces Post Office)

We are unable to accept orders where the delivery address is a PO Box, Hotel, Hospitals and Airports

Unfortunately, we are unable to process order without full postal addresses. If you are unsure of your postcode you can check this against either Royal Mail's free Postcode Finder: www.royalmail.com or use the 'Free Postcode Finder' service at: www.postcodeanywhere.co.uk.

Our business opening hours are Monday to Friday 9-5pm. Orders placed after 3pm on working days, weekends and bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

Standard Return Policy

At cravolitticlothing.com we aim to exceed your expectation. If for any reason you're dissatisfied with an order you have placed, you may cancel the order within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, less the shipping and handling charges. If you want to return an item please complete the return form with your order which can be sent to us through either a post office or courier company. To speed up the process please remember to specify the order number as it relates to your details and whether you prefer a refund or an exchange. We endeavour to process the refund as quickly as possible and where the return is by post this will be within 30 days of you notifying us about your cancellation.

The items must be returned in an unused/undamaged condition with all tags attached and in their original packaging whenever possible to ensure a refund or an exchange. Please also include all relevant paperwork.

However, if an item is deemed to be defective we will examine the returned product within a reasonable time frame. When a product is returned to us due to a defect, we will refund you in full, including a refund of delivery cost of sending the item(s) to you and you returning the item(s) to us. We will refund you the same method of payments used in your original purchase. If products are received in a non-saleable condition we will not accept it.
